"The worst is when people are late with the tribute for the dragon. Then, hungry and irritated, the beast stirs — and man turns on man, snapping at each other and throwing vile words, for such is the aura the dragon casts over mortals. That is why Krak, the mighty ruler of the city, prefers to stay in good favor with the beast. In return for the dragon’s protection over the city, he collects tributes from the people. Sometimes it's a small flock of sheep, sometimes a few lambs; the Devourer doesn’t scorn live venison either. Yet lately, he casts an increasingly hungry eye on Krak’s grown daughter, Wenda."

"Najgorzej jest wtedy, gdy ludzie spóźniają się z trybutem dla smoka. Wtedy bestia, głodna i rozdrażniona, budzi się — a człowiek zwraca się przeciw człowiekowi, kąsając słowem i rzucając obelgi, bo taka właśnie aura spływa z potwora na śmiertelnych. Dlatego Krak, potężny władca grodu, woli pozostawać w dobrych stosunkach z bestią. W zamian za ochronę nad miastem, zbiera od ludu dary. Czasem to niewielkie stado owiec, czasem kilka jagniąt; Całożerca nie wzgardzi też żywym jeleniem. Jednak ostatnio coraz częściej i coraz łapczywiej spogląda na dorosłą już córkę Kraka — Wendę."

Dodatek wprowadza smoka Całożercę, który pożera wszystko na swej drodze oraz nowego bohatera Sowisa.
